Frequently asked questions about webcasting!

How far in advance can the event broadcast platform be online?

The site can be online 1 or 2 months before an event, depending on the communication strategy and pre-event needs.

How long does it take to get the event platform online?

We're fast! Once we have all the elements to customize the site to your image, creation can take as little as 2 hours for a simple site, such as a webinar. If your event is on a larger scale, such as a conference, it's a good idea to give yourself a 1-2 week cycle so that you have time to validate the content.

I don't want to move speakers: how does it work?

Very simple: we take care of it. They stay at home or in the office. A technical test by one of our technicians will be carried out with each speaker to validate that their environment (computer, Internet connection, camera, sound) is adequate and allows optimal broadcast quality.

How does PowerPoint management work for a remote event?

We have developed a virtual joystick. You send us the PowerPoint PDF 48 hours in advance, and we integrate it into our systems. The speaker, using his or her cell phone, clicks on the web link we've sent and moves the slides forward on his or her own. This offers exceptional quality, enabling even the smallest characters to be read on screen!

What is a hybrid event?

A hybrid event comprises 2 ways of accessing an event: face-to-face and online. We travel to the location of your choice to capture the event and broadcast it live on the web. Face-to-face access will be limited to a restricted number of participants, allowing you to manage costs, while online access will be unlimited.

Will I be able to access the event afterwards?

Everything we broadcast is recorded in a format that allows on-demand access after the event. You can rebroadcast it according to your strategy on YouTube, your intranet or the organization's continuing education platform. You own the content we produce with you.

I'm organizing an AGM and I have different member statuses: some can vote while others cannot. Is this possible?

Yes, it's possible! Our platform allows you to manage permissions. For example, if someone can see content but can't vote, the system won't let them. Or the content will not be displayed. All you need to do is send us a list of authorized persons and their status, and we'll take care of setting up accounts with the right types of access.

I already have my venue for my face-to-face event. Do you travel?

Yes, we travel anywhere in Canada.
